Paternity Lawyers in Naples

Are you claiming to be the Father of a child but their Mother does not agree? Are you claiming a man is the Father of your child but he will not take responsibility? Regardless of the situation or reasoning, it is important to establish whether the party is or is not the Father of your child.

If there is no legal document stating that a specific man is the father, the Court will then step in.  While dealing with our law firm and Court, there will be a paternity  test done to determine the truth behind the matter.  If the paternity test proves that the man involved is the father, we can move forward with child support and/or visitation according to the situation and desire of both parties.

The biggest reason you may be moving towards hiring a paternity lawyer is to seek, and legally pass along, obligations of the biological Father. If there is not agreement between both parties, then genetic testing will have to be done to confirm or deny the claim.
